Park Shore

With inland and waterfront homes and condominiums, including the breathtaking Venetian Village.

Welcome to Park Shore

Park Shore is a beautiful and desirable subdivision in Naples. With its high-quality condos and single-family homes, it’s favored by many. Being located between the two subdivisions: The Moorings to the north and Pelican Bay to the south, residents enjoy all the best parts of Naples from a central location. An interesting fact is this neighborhood was the first planned-unit community in the entire state of Florida. They started construction on Park Shore in 1964, but the homes were not built until the 1970s. And by the early ’90s, this neighborhood was well on its way to becoming one of the most sought-after luxury residences in Naples.

History says Raymond L. Lutgert bought the 760 acres of undeveloped area with a plan to turn it into one of the finest planned unit developments in the state. Park Shores was built upon this land. The growth plan also included the creation of Venetian Bay to separate the beachfront condominiums from the mainland and to create a navigable channel for boating and dockage for single-family homes built on the mainland side. The whole plan is now a beautiful reality. Today the Village at Venetian Bay is the centerpiece of Park Shore's sophistication. It's a place where you can enjoy waterfront restaurants and shops, elegantly situated next to the water.

With a sprawling 760 acres and a prime location on the water, Park Shore is both a waterfront and a beachfront community and is home to 600 single-family homes, a few mid-sized condos, and 25 residential high-rises, in addition to commercial properties. It’s not wrong to say that Park Shore is like a small city in itself situated within the city of Naples. A city that has all types of homes and is perfect for vacations, long-term stays, or retirement, no wonder why people refer to it as their dream home.
