Royal Harbor

Comprising approximately 420 waterfront single-family home sites with direct access to beautiful Naples Bay.

Welcome to Royal Harbor

The development of single-family homes in Royal Harbor began in the 1960s and 1970s. This attracted new residents towards South Naples, making the community an anchor from a historical perspective. People refer to Royal Harbor as an anchoring community because of the number of boats docked along its mile-and-a-half shoreline along the east side of Naples Bay. The anchoring starts at Gordon River on the north end and extends south to Haldeman Creek. Here we are not even considering all of the boats anchored at homes along the canals that lead to deep water.

The community still has an old Florida ambiance, exactly what visitors to this area of Florida expect but this doesn’t make everything about it old. In the last few decades, Royal Harbor has evolved beyond recognition in a good way. It has been pleasantly developed with single-family estate homes much like many other older waterfront communities throughout the entire state. The community is slowly transitioning to newer homes while still preserving its heritage. The properties here are a bit more expensive than the ones inland as this is a prime waterfront location in Naples City. Also, the fact that Naples Beach and its public access points are less than three miles away makes it more desirable to people looking for buying homes in their dream city; Naples.

Talking about Real estate, It's not hard to find homes of a particular style in Royal Harbor. You can start by looking for an older home that fits your needs. These homes, often built in previous decades, are still standing and available for purchase. But if you don't want to wait around and you need a new home right now, many newer homes have been built in the place of older homes in recent years.
