Old Naples

A charming area characterized by hundreds of coconut palms with each street ending at the beach.

Welcome to Old Naples

Old Naples, is one of the most unique and historic neighborhoods on the Gulf Coast of Florida, and was first developed in the 1880s. It combines charming cottages, exclusive beach front mansions, and a variety of other homes, all peacefully resting among tall coconut palms and banyan trees. With each street ending at the beach, the residents of Old Naples often call their neighborhood the true “Heart of Naples”. The best part about it is that you're just a short walk away from the eclectic shopping and dining of Fifth Avenue and Third Street. This Third Street South area was the original settlement for Naples’ first residents and is also the very birth place of Naples’ downtown area.

Old Naples as a whole, offers many real estate options — from grand beachfront estates and picturesque cottages to brand new multi-story homes and older condos. No matter if you are visiting the area for the first time or have been living here for years, the timeless charm and quiet elegance that is characteristic of Old Naples, and its natural beauty and serenity, this area will always be unforgettable.
