Sun Terrace

Home to single-family homes with a mix of apartments and condos.

Welcome to Sun Terrace

One of Naples older, more established neighborhoods is Sun Terrace, which is located just North of Naples High School between Tamiami Trail and Goodlette-Frank Road.  Sun Terrace consists mainly of single-family homes many of which were built starting in the 1960’s. You will find a range of architectural styles in Sun Terrace, but this charming neighborhood primarily has an “Old Florida” vibe with many smaller cottage style homes sitting along shady and tropical tree lined streets.

Sun Terrace homes offer a wonderful central Naples location, which make access to the beach at Lowdermilk Park an easy walk or bike-ride. The shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue South are also incredibly close by.
